Renton is home turf for Blue Ribbon Tree. From the Highlands and East Plateau to neighborhoods along Maple Valley Highway, we work on mature Douglas fir, bigleaf maple, Western red cedar, hedges, ornamentals, and everything in between.
Renton allows limited tree removal without a permit, but a Routine Vegetation Management Permit is required for landmark trees, more than two significant trees in a calendar year, and certain work on vacant or protected properties. Significant trees generally start at 6" DBH, while landmark trees generally start at 24" DBH.
