CONDITION
Tree Condition Evaluations
A visual assessment of structure, canopy health, and surrounding conditions, often the first step in deciding whether anything more formal is needed.
A cedar leaning a little farther after every windstorm. A maple flagged during a home inspection. An HOA planning next year’s tree budget. Our ISA Certified Arborists evaluate the tree, explain what they see in plain language, and help you understand the options and what should happen next.

EXPERT GUIDANCE
Not every concern needs pruning or removal right away. A consultation gives you a clearer picture of the tree’s condition, what may be changing, and what your options are before any work is recommended. That works whether you’re concerned about one tree or planning for an entire property.
"A good consultation should leave you with a clearer understanding of the tree and what comes next."
The right scope depends on the property, the number of trees involved, and what you need the findings for.
CONDITION
A visual assessment of structure, canopy health, and surrounding conditions, often the first step in deciding whether anything more formal is needed.
RISK
A structured evaluation of the likelihood and consequences of tree failure, completed at the level of detail the situation calls for.
INVENTORY
Document tree locations, species, size, condition, and recommended actions for HOAs, commercial properties, and larger residential sites.
DOCUMENTATION
Clear findings and recommendations prepared for permitting, insurance, property records, or conversations with neighbors or city reviewers.
PLANNING
Prioritized recommendations for what to prune now, what to monitor, and what can wait, helping avoid a reactive approach to tree care.
SECOND OPINION
An independent assessment when another recommendation doesn’t sit right or before moving ahead with significant pruning or removal.
"A risk assessment doesn’t guarantee what a tree will do. It helps you understand what’s increasing the risk and what your options are."
Not every consultation needs a formal report. We define the deliverable before scheduling so you know exactly what’s included.
An on-site walkthrough of what we’re seeing, the options, and what we’d recommend. Often enough when you simply need a professional opinion before deciding what to do.
A concise recap of findings and recommendations for your records or to share with a partner, contractor, or other decision-maker.
Detailed documentation prepared when a permit, insurance claim, property transaction, dispute, or agency review calls for something more formal.
A documented inventory of tree locations, species, condition, and recommended actions, paired with mapping when useful for HOAs, commercial properties, and larger residential sites.

04
You receive the agreed deliverable and a clear understanding of what, if anything, should happen next.
If you already know you want a tree pruned, removed, or otherwise worked on, a standard estimate is usually the right place to start. We’ll look at the work, talk through the approach, and provide pricing. An arborist consultation makes more sense when the main need is diagnosis, risk assessment, documentation, a second opinion, or planning across multiple trees. Formal reports and documentation can also be provided when needed for permitting, insurance, property records, or HOA review.
Our arborists look at the tree, the property, and what you’re trying to accomplish before recommending anything. The goal is to give you a clear, practical read on the situation, whether that leads to pruning, removal, monitoring, or no work at all.
